“I’ve been going to SKN for a few months. I keep going back because Amanda is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, very personable, and I can tell she really cares about her clients. I’ve shopped around Vancouver for a great spa for the last few years, so I’m really happy I finally found one I love.”
– Melissa G.
“Was in over the weekend for BBL, neck Skin Tyte and cosmetic acupuncture. I was made to feel welcome right away; everyone was friendly, professional and had a great sense of humour. I was at first skeptical of the effectiveness, but I’ve noticed a big difference with my neck in a day. Many have also commented that I look rested and am glowing. If the results keep up, I’ll definitely be back.”
– Diane C.
“Had a treatment to remove some sun damage to my face, and some hair removal on my back. I’ve had treatments at some other places in town, and none compared to the treatmentI received at SKN from Michelle. Very professional, very calming. An awesome experience for sure. I’ll definitely be back”

“I had a vision to create a place that was different from all the other spas and clinics. My goal was to build a peaceful, calm oasis filled with heart – where each and every client felt valued and taken care of. SKN would be a place where clients came to relax, laugh, cry and have fun; all while achieving healthy, vibrant skin and a balanced state of being. I could not achieve this goal without a wonderful team that is not only extremely knowledgeable but truly passionate about helping people achieve healthy, beautiful skin.”

Kimberly developed an interest in the field of aesthetics from a young age, after having her own skin issues as a teenager. Learning how to properly look after her skin led to the discovery of a passion for helping others do the same. Kimberly’s goal is always to help others with their skin issues and make them feel beautiful, confident and happy.
She began her training as an aesthetician at 17 years old in London, and from the first day knew that this was what she was supposed to do.
After graduating, Kimberly spent 10 years in the industry, initially working at health spas and then later advancing to work at a medi-spa where her main focus was medical skin treatments such as peels, dermal needling, micro-dermabrasions and medi-facials. She went on to add laser treatments to her now extensive skill set, with which she performed skin rejuvenation, hair removal and tattoo removal.
2 years ago, she took the opportunity to move to Vancouver and started out working as an educator for a cosmeceutical skin care line. This experience taught her a great deal but she missed working with clients on a daily basis and the excitement of working with medical grade treatments. This passion for the job, paired with a keen interest and knowledge in medical aesthetics led Kimberly to SKN where she is able to combine the results driven medical treatments with a holistic approach. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, you can relax knowing you’re in good hands.
