The Vitamin A Infusion Peel is a unique non-acid peel that uses concentrated encapsulated retinaldehyde. It is then customized with boosters to your specific skin’s needs making it a great peel for many skin concerns including aging skin, pigmented skin, melasma, acne, rosacea, and dull-looking skin.
WHAT MAKES THE VITAMIN A INFUSION PEEL SO POWERFUL
This peel is working on the most important layer of your skin – the dermal layer doing what we call “dermal remodelling” that supports skin repair, collagen formation, and total skin regeneration. The key to healthy youthful skin.
Vitamin A in the form of retinaldehyde is also a potent stimulator of collagen and elastin and regulates cell turnover ensuring you have the healthiest, brightest skin revealed.
This treatment is results driven and relaxing as the custom blended peel is penetrated into the skin via massage by your practitioner.
*You can expect no peeling to very moderate peeling that can occur 2-3 days post treatment and last up to 7 days. However the true benefits of this treatment are happening deep in the dermal layer beyond what you can see with the visible eye so the peeling does not determine the benefits you receive.

FAQ
Downtime varies from person to person depending on their skin. If you are using vitamin A at home on a regular basis you will actually have less peeling with this treatment. If you are not already using a vitamin A at home you will experience more peeling.
The peeling is mild to moderate and will begin 2-3 days after the peel. If you are using vitamin A on a regular basis at home you may not experience post peeling but this does not mean you receive less benefits.
The Double Infusion Vitamin Peel adds a vitamin A accelerator to the treatment and will cause more post peeling.
We recommend not wearing makeup. You will find it very difficult to apply makeup post peeling due to the flaking. We do have a special post treatment makeup called Oxygenetix that is recommended if you feel the need to wear makeup.
When skin is peeling it requires nutrients and healing ingredients to support the skin as it rebuilds a healthy fresh new layer.
Your SKN practitioner will advise you on the post care process at the complimentary consultation. When undergoing a chemical peel it is mandatory to purchase a post peel kit that will provide everything your skin needs to ensure a safe and successful peel.
